If you were forced to pick ONE cereal for the rest of your life, what are you going with?

Apparently, here in Florida, we like our breakfast aggressively colorful.

A look at the most popular cereal in every state found that Froot Loops are the favorite in Florida, and we’re definitely not alone. Froot Loops took the top spot in 13 states, more than any other cereal on the list.

Florida joins Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas and Virginia in the Froot Loops fan club.

Coming in behind Froot Loops were Rice Krispies and Cheerios, each winning five states, while Trix was the favorite in four.

And then things get VERY specific depending on where you live.

California, Arizona and New Mexico prefer Honey Bunches of Oats. Hawaii picked Cocoa Puffs. Nevada went with Cocoa Pebbles. Nebraska chose Lucky Charms. And somehow Iowa is standing completely alone as the only state where Cap’n Crunch came out on top.

Honestly, I’m less surprised that Florida picked Froot Loops and more surprised Cinnamon Toast Crunch isn’t running away with this entire thing.

But Florida has spoken.
